How many passengers can fit in your largest vehicle?
Our Mercedes Sprinter Executive seats up to 14 passengers with luggage. For groups of 15-30, we add a Mini Coach. For 30+ we coordinate a coach bus through trusted partners — single contact, single invoice.
Do you handle group luggage and equipment for sports teams?
Yes. We routinely move teams with hockey bags, baseball gear and music equipment. Pre-trip we confirm bag count and equipment dimensions, and assign a vehicle with the right cargo space.
Can a single chauffeur drive a Sprinter for a wedding party?
Yes. Our chauffeurs carry the appropriate commercial license to drive the 14-passenger Sprinter. For multi-vehicle weddings we assign a lead chauffeur to coordinate with the wedding planner.
Is a group booking flat-rate or hourly?
Both options exist. Point-to-point group transfers (airport to hotel, port to hotel) are flat-rate. Multi-stop event days, sightseeing or weddings are hourly with a clear minimum, typically 4-6 hours.
How early should I book group transport?
For weddings, sports trips and corporate events we recommend 2-4 weeks ahead — vehicles book up. For airport groups, 3-7 days. Last-minute groups are still possible but vehicle choice may be limited.
