Choose the cruise port on your booking documents
PortMiami and Port Everglades are different destinations. Match the port, ship and terminal to your cruise documents before entering the drop-off. A Miami hotel address does not identify the cruise terminal, and an airport code is not a port. Share the cruise date and check-in window with dispatch so the pickup can be planned around your sailing rather than a generic drive-time estimate.
Plan the airport or hotel leg with the whole group
An airport-to-cruise transfer needs the flight number, passenger count and luggage details. A hotel pickup needs the property address and the entrance used by the group. Tell dispatch if passengers arrive on separate flights or if a child seat is required. Choose the vehicle after checking both seats and luggage space. Traffic, unloading and terminal access need time; an indicative route time is not a boarding guarantee.
Book the return journey separately from cruise check-in
After the cruise, provide the ship, terminal, destination and a reachable phone number. Plan the pickup for when the party can leave with its luggage, not simply the scheduled docking time. For an onward flight, confirm the airport and flight time rather than using the embarkation pickup details again. A private transfer is priced for the vehicle; the booking form shows the actual quote before confirmation.

What time should I leave for PortMiami before a cruise?
Most cruise lines recommend boarding 2-3 hours before departure. We suggest a pickup that arrives at PortMiami 2.5 hours before all-aboard, with luggage and traffic margin built in. Dispatch will work backward from your sailing time.
Can you handle 6+ pieces of luggage for a cruise?
Yes. We dispatch Cadillac Escalade, Suburban, Mercedes Sprinter or 14-passenger vans for cruise transfers. Just tell us bag count when booking โ we will assign the right vehicle, no last-minute upsell.
Do you do post-cruise pickups at PortMiami?
Yes. We monitor disembarkation and pick you up at the terminal exit on the day. Curbside pickup is included; meet-and-greet inside the terminal is available on request.
Is the same chauffeur available round-trip if our return port is different?
For round trips returning to the same port we can lock the same chauffeur. For different return ports (rare), we coordinate seamlessly with another vetted Space AAM chauffeur โ same standard.
How early do I need to book a cruise transfer?
For peak cruise season (December-April) we recommend at least 5-7 days ahead. Off-season, 24-48 hours is usually fine. Same-day requests are accepted subject to availability.
