Count passengers and bags together. A luxury sedan takes one to three passengers with two or three bags. A luxury SUV or a Cadillac Escalade ESV takes up to six passengers with four to seven bags, which is where a family with checked suitcases usually fits. A Mercedes-Benz Sprinter takes 8-10 passengers with 8-12 bags, and the long Sprinter up to 14 passengers with 12-16 bags. Golf bags, strollers and cruise luggage take extra room, so list them in the booking and dispatch confirms the vehicle.
How the chauffeur meets you at FLL
Two pickup types work at every FLL terminal. Curbside: call the chauffeur when you land and the car pulls up at your terminal. Meet-and-greet: the chauffeur waits inside baggage claim with a name sign, which helps on a first visit or after an international flight. Choose the pickup type in the booking form, and dispatch confirms it before the trip.
Flight tracking and free waiting at FLL
Add the airline flight number to the booking. The flight is tracked in real time and the pickup follows the actual landing, not the schedule. Free waiting at the airport is 60 minutes, which covers baggage claim on most arrivals. If plans change, call or message dispatch on WhatsApp at any hour. From FLL to a cruise, or to a private jet at FXE
Port Everglades is 10-15 minutes from FLL and PortMiami about 45-55 minutes, so give the ship and the terminal and the drop-off is planned for the boarding window. If part of your party flies privately into Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport (FXE), book that pickup at the FBO separately: FXE is a different airport, about 20-30 minutes north of FLL.
